Resources Section & Seth Money Sessions

  • Launched the Resources section — a new part of the site for curated collections of readings, teachings, and reference material. The first resource is Seth Money Sessions, a collection of 105 Seth Material readings on money, work, abundance, and financial psychology, organized chronologically from 1964 to 1981.
  • Each session in the Seth Money collection includes the original text, session date, source book, and a descriptive subtitle explaining what the passage is about — like "Overcoming Scarcity Mentality" or "The Connection Between Creative Work and Money." You can browse by table of contents or by a year-by-year timeline.
  • The reading experience includes keyboard shortcuts (arrow keys to move between sessions, T for the table of contents, C for timeline) and a dark mode toggle that remembers your preference. The session text has been carefully polished — italics, dialogue markers, editorial notes, and emphasis are all properly formatted, and formatting artifacts from the source material have been cleaned up. Everything is designed for long, focused reading without distractions.
  • Resources lives in the navigation bar under a new dropdown menu, with Seth Money Sessions as the first entry. More resource collections are planned — think curated libraries of teachings, reference materials, and foundational texts across different traditions and topics. Each one will be a quiet, focused space for deep reading, the same way the Archive is a space for stories.

The Manifesto & Flow Polish

  • Published The Defiance of Quietude at /manifesto — a long-form letter on attention, extraction, and stillness. It's the founding statement behind Stilled Archive: why this space exists, what it refuses to be, and what it owes you. Designed as an intimate reading experience with warm parchment tones, gold accents, and a letter-like layout with drop caps, pull quotes, and section dividers.
  • The Flow feed now shows a different order of stories and videos every time you visit. Each page load generates a fresh random seed, so no two visits are the same. Clicking Start Fresh also reshuffles the feed. Personalized mode (when you come through the Diagnosis tool) still uses relevance-based ordering.
  • Fixed a bug where very short stories — the ones short enough to read without scrolling — would trap you on that section. The feed now guarantees every story has a tiny amount of scroll room, so you can always move to the next one without needing the navigation arrows.
  • Added a Manifesto link to the homepage — a subtle serif italic invitation tucked under the story counter. Also linked from the main navigation bar.
  • Cleaned up the homepage footer layout: the community tagline is now its own line, and the legal links sit below it in a clean row.

Koré — Six Sample Datasets, Topic Detection & Attachment Styles

  • Expanded Koré's sample library from one to six conversation datasets, each representing a different kind of relationship: Chris & Maya (friends becoming more), Sam & Jordan (deep platonic friendship through a divorce), Taylor & Alex (a friendship slowly fading), Elena & Leo (a single mom and her teenage son), Nina & Diego (best friends across three time zones), and Priya & Marcus (coworkers who become real friends). Each has its own page at /kore/sample/[name] with the full analysis dashboard.
  • Every sample card on the /kore page now has a distinct visual identity — a colored left border and a type-specific icon (heart, users, cloud, home, globe, briefcase) so you can tell them apart at a glance. All message counts and date ranges match exactly what the analysis engine actually produces.
  • Added a Communication Profile panel showing conversation style (rapid-fire, long-form, mixed, or sparse), relationship phase (growing, stable, cooling, sporadic, or new), message type mix, humor balance, peak chat hours, most active day, exclamation energy, and the longest silence gap.
  • Added a Topic Breakdown panel that scans messages across ten categories — work, relationships, health, daily life, food, entertainment, travel, money, family, personal growth — and shows what each person talks about most.
  • Added an Attachment Style panel that infers each person's communication patterns (secure, anxious, avoidant, or mixed) from their messaging behavior — initiation, response speed, message depth, emotional expression, and self-disclosure.
  • Added a monthly activity chart with grouped bar columns for up to 12+ months. Run length analysis below the chart explains whether the conversation is rapid-fire texting or long-form exchange.
  • Rewrote the export guide across four tabs — Discord, WhatsApp, iMessage, and universal copy-paste — in plain language anyone can follow. Pricing badges mark tools as free, freemium, or paid. The Discord guide walks through token extraction with step-by-step instructions written for non-technical users.
  • Fixed a format detection bug where some Discord exports were incorrectly labeled as plain text. The parser now correctly identifies all major chat formats. All message counts shown on cards and analysis pages now match precisely.
  • Gave the Koré page a bolder, more prominent header with the tagline "Forensic Conversation Dynamics" and a descriptive introductory paragraph. Switched the AI insight model to DeepSeek V4 Flash for cost efficiency.

Koré — Forensic Conversation Dynamics Analyzer

  • Launched Koré at /kore — a tool that reads the rhythm of any two-person conversation. Upload a Discord, WhatsApp, or iMessage export, or paste any DM thread, and Koré maps the relationship across fifteen behavioral dimensions: who reaches out more, who carries the emotional weight, who replies faster, who cracks more jokes, and more.
  • Everything runs in your browser. No conversation data is ever stored, logged, or sent to a server. Only the optional AI summary calls an external API, and it sends anonymous metrics — never the conversation itself.
  • The analysis dashboard has seven panels: a side-by-side ratio display for message and word volume, per-metric effort bars for each person, composite dimension scores with an asymmetry delta, a behavioral signal list with color-coded findings, an AI-generated verdict, a monthly activity chart with run-length data, and a full raw metrics table.
  • The AI insight layer spots patterns the numbers alone can't catch — like playful teasing that looks like conflict, or one person carrying every conversation while the other responds warmly but never initiates.
  • Built an export guide into the page with tabs for Discord, WhatsApp, iMessage, and copy-paste. Covers both free tools like DiscordChatExporter and built-in phone features. Every method is explained step by step without technical jargon.
  • The parser auto-detects Discord, WhatsApp, iMessage, and plain formats from the first twenty lines. It strips out attachments, system messages, and forwarded headers, and handles group chats by focusing on the two most active participants.
  • Koré's design uses the site's existing fonts, colors, and components — it looks native to the archive, not bolted on. Added Koré to the main navigation bar and mobile menu.

Flow Content Filters & Legal Pages

  • Added a three-way feed selector at the top of Flow — an Apple-style segmented control that switches between All Content, Stories Only, and Videos Only with a single tap. Works cleanly on mobile without scrolling.
  • The domain filter chips (Love, Money, Career, Health, Self) now wrap naturally onto a second row instead of requiring horizontal scrolling on phones.
  • Built a video validation system that checks every TikTok and YouTube URL before serving it. Broken videos are automatically flagged and removed. A one-time cleanup replaced 53 dead TikToks with fresh content.
  • Added four legal pages in the footer: Disclaimer, Report (with DMCA form), Privacy (no-tracking), and Terms of Service. The homepage footer now links to all four alongside the Changelog.
  • Fixed a bug where Flow’s dropdown menu was invisible due to CSS overflow clipping — replaced with the segmented control design.

Flow — The Infinite Story & Video Feed

  • Launched Flow at /flow — a full-screen immersive feed blending manifestation stories with YouTube Shorts and TikTok videos. Stories and videos alternate as you scroll, with the same snap-to-next design as TikTok and Instagram.
  • Stories use a progressive-reveal reading experience — each paragraph lights up with a gold border and warm amber text when it enters your reading zone. Key phrases like "I realized" and "living in the end" are subtly emphasized.
  • Over sixty videos from Neville Goddard and Law of Assumption creators are mixed into the feed. Videos autoplay muted with a volume slider, mute toggle, and seekable progress bar.
  • A liquid-glass card design with frosted borders and layered shadows runs across both story text and video embeds. A fullscreen button hides all navigation for distraction-free reading.

Navigation Memory & Model Usage Display

  • The Diagnosis page now remembers your session when you click a story and press back — your results, similar stories, and coaching text stay put. Same for the history page, archive filters, and search terms.
  • The Diagnosis header now shows your current model ("Pro" or "Fast") and actual daily usage ("3 of 5 used today") instead of just a limit number.
  • Renamed "Guide" to "Diagnosis" everywhere on the site for consistency. Added a "Jump to page" input on the Archive for quick navigation.
  • The homepage footer now shows a short summary of the latest update.

Mobile Responsiveness & Navigation Overhaul

  • Added responsive hamburger menu for phones and tablets — the full navigation bar now collapses into a clean dropdown on smaller screens.
  • Fixed a mobile zoom issue where the homepage would load slightly zoomed in on phones. The viewport now correctly matches the device width.
  • Added a collapsible filter panel on the Archive page for mobile — filters now tuck behind a toggle instead of taking over half the screen.
  • Story cards on the Archive page now use responsive text sizes that adapt to your screen, so titles and descriptions stay readable at any width.
  • Added a sticky footer with the community tagline across all pages.
  • Added a "Jump to page" input on the Archive pagination bar so you can skip directly to any page.
  • Added a Sign Out button to the navigation bar for logged-in users.
  • Renamed "Guide" to "Diagnosis" across the entire site for consistency.
  • Fixed the Sign Out flow so it properly clears your session on the server — previously it only cleared the browser cookie, meaning you could still access protected pages.

Design System & Editorial Overhaul

  • Redesigned the entire site — moved from a dark theme to a warm editorial look inspired by art galleries and architectural magazines. New colors: warm bone (#F4F4F0), deep forest (#2C3E33), deep ink (#1A1A1A).
  • Swapped fonts to Fraunces (headlines) and Manrope (body text) for a more refined, readable feel.
  • Built nine Archetype pages, each with hero images, deity portraits, and five sections of psychological content. Generated 18 AI images per archetype.
  • Redesigned the homepage with a compact layout, animated story counter, and glass-morphism diagnosis input. Added a spinning statue video to the hero section.
  • Built a Reports system for flagging miscategorized stories. Added "Was this helpful?" ratings on story pages. Admin dashboard now supports user deletion, inline limit editing, and encrypted key reveal.

AI Coach & User Authentication

  • Ported the AI coaching engine from the original desktop application to the web — the Coach (now called Diagnosis) reads your situation, matches it against 1,370 real manifestation stories, and responds with a structured four-section coaching response.
  • Built an invite-key authentication system: each beta tester receives a unique, cryptographically generated key. Keys are hashed before storage so they can never be recovered from the database.
  • Sessions use signed HMAC tokens stored in secure HttpOnly cookies — your login can't be stolen by browser scripts.
  • Added an admin dashboard for managing beta users: create invite keys, assign AI models, set daily usage limits, and toggle access.
  • Built a daily-usage tracking system with atomic enforcement — you can't accidentally exceed your daily diagnosis limit.
  • Admin model and limit changes take effect immediately — no logout required.
  • The admin can securely reveal a user's invite key by re-authenticating with the admin password (keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM).

Three-Axis Story Classification

  • Every story in the archive is now classified along three axes: Domain (what area of life), Archetype (the psychological blocker pattern), and Techniques (which manifestation methods were used).
  • Discovered 9 canonical psychological archetypes — from The Evidence Demander to The Chronic Monitor — each describing a core inner blocker that shows up in manifestation struggles.
  • Tagged all stories with 37 technique labels (SATS, visualization, revision, scripting, etc.) using AI-powered multi-label classification.
  • Built the semantic search engine: instead of matching keywords, it understands the meaning of your query and finds conceptually similar stories using OpenAI embeddings and pgvector.
  • Fixed a bug where the search engine was reading stale archetype names — all reads now point to the canonical psychological archetypes.
  • Built the Archive page with domain and archetype filters, sorting by recency, popularity, or title.

Database Migration & Cloud Deployment

  • Migrated the entire story database from a local SQLite file to Supabase (PostgreSQL with pgvector for vector search). All 1,370 stories were re-embedded using OpenAI's text-embedding-3-small model.
  • Deployed the web application to Vercel with continuous deployment from GitHub — every push goes live automatically.
  • Set up Row-Level Security on the database so public read access is safe and admin operations require authentication.
  • Fixed a critical security issue: upgraded Next.js to patch the React2Shell remote code execution vulnerability.
  • Fixed multiple production bugs: search URL construction, archive pagination, and Edge runtime compatibility for serverless functions.
May–June 2026

Original Desktop Application

  • Built a Python desktop application (CustomTkinter) that loaded the SQLite database of manifestation stories and provided archetype matching and AI-powered coaching.
  • The original AI Coach used sentence-transformers to embed user queries, found the most similar success and struggle stories, and fed them into a language model with a structured four-section coaching prompt.
  • The desktop app supported multiple AI providers (DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and stored API keys in the OS credential manager for security.
  • The desktop app served as the blueprint for the current web-based Diagnosis feature — the same coaching prompt and RAG retrieval pattern were ported directly over.
